A local artist had erected a large sewn "quilt" and draped it down the face of a two-story apartment. She said it had only been up for a couple days and was coming down that evening. Her only objective was to add some cheer to her neighborhood. Future songs may not get this much attention, as the initial purpose was to compose short and diverse works to broaden my skills a bit.
